Bill Rogers is the founder and CEO of Made For Much More. Bill started his company in 2012 after working in corporate America for over twenty years.
Bill started his career at Deloitte in 1997, where he rose to Associate Partner. At Deloitte, he led enterprise transformation programs and managed a team of over 100 people. After working for Deloitte, Bill continued to grow and work for six other technology-based companies as Managing Director, Senior Vice President (SVP), and Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading his employees and companies to success.
In 2012 Bill decided to transition from leading organizations and their teams to success to leading executive professionals to succeed in their careers. Joining Executive Search Partners, Bill began his recruiting career. Forbes recognizes Executive Search Partners as one of the Top Recruiting Firms in North America. The firm was formed and is run by former industry Executives. Bill started Made For Much More the same year to help bridge the gap between executive and JR-level professionals. He allowed every individual to utilize Bill and his industry expertise.
Since beginning his career coaching firm, Bill has become an industry leader and innovator, having helped well over a thousand executive clients achieve extraordinary success.
His clients include executives and top-level professionals (C-Level, VPs, Directors, and Managers) representing virtually every industry and the role you might find within a company, corporation, or organization. He has also worked with leaders from Fortune 500, mid-size start-ups, major consulting firms, and some of the world's leading nonprofits. Bill's diverse placement experience makes him well-rounded and knowledgeable in many industries.
Bill gained his MBA from Central Michigan in Business and attended Harvard Business School, earning a degree in Executive Coaching, Leadership, and Management. Bill is also a certified coach, speaker, and trainer from The John Maxwell Team and is a board member of Dell's President Advisory Board and Environment First Printing Board.
