First, you'll have an initial conversation with Bill to determine your career goals, objectives, and aspirations. He then has you fill out an easy and brief questionnaire to draw out your assets, transferable skills, and accomplishments.
He will then interview you again to fill in any gaps and identify any information essential to your personal story. Bill then develops your branding and marketing materials (resumes, bios, letters). You'll edit together - as many iterations as necessary. After final drafts are approved, he'll develop your digital profile. Finally, he'll coach you through using your new personal marketing tools, including our proven job search strategies, interview preparation, and salary negotiations.
Bill will do everything except drive you to the interviews!

Do you provide samples of your work?

All of our clients sign a Confidently Agreement. We never reveal specifics about our clients, who they are, or where they work. Because of that, we cannot provide redacted samples of our resumes, bios, and letters. We've tried to redact resumes, and regardless of how much we change, their identities are not protected.
